Construction

Construction Supervision, Materials selection, and application in accordance with Legislation and Client Design. From land selection, excavation, concreting, until final stages of decoration, we have access to all types of crews, namely: Concrete, Excavation, Bricks, Gypsoplasters, Stone and Wood, Painting, Electrical, Landscape etc

Renovation

Renovation of existing buildings in accordance with permits and Client approved designs

Decoration

In cooperation with designer teams, we are in constant liaison with Client to design and apply the selected styles to your facilitye us with your own text and photos.

Authorization

Sourcing and studying the local prevailing legislation and conduct the Study for your building . We undertake this task and complete all Studies (Architectural, Static Analysis and Electro-mechanological, Landscape etc.) . Preparation and Submission of the study to relevant authorities, monitoring closely the progress to obtain official approval to begin constructionwith Client to design and apply the selected styles to your facility

Supervision

Supervision of construction works for the correct and timely execution of project schedule and in budget.

Our Business is making your Dream come true. We will be available for meetings to discuss your concept, and help you apply it according to your budget and local particular requirements. We will personalize the applicable legislation to provide you a successful project.
Following initial meetings, a predesign of your project will be done with a quantification of the required materials to give you an estimate of the required budget to complete it. Alternatively, we can modify the design to “fit” within your budget by selecting crews and materials and construction technics to achieve this. During construction we keep close monitoring of the progress and make sure it does not exceed the forecast.
Experienced Design Team will undertake the process , starting from draft designs which will be discussed with you , until the finalization is done. Following this stage, our Team is undertaking the official design process to complete the Authorization Process , obtain the permit to construct , and issue construction Drawings to be followed during building
Always by your side, and having the approved design, we proceed to mobilize all crews, provide you weekly program and budget update, while we will constantly supervise the construction progress We want to see the smile on your face!
